A restaurant has the traditional technique of making Edo-mae sushi with a history of nearly 300 years.

Seasonal fresh fishes are aged, marinated with vinegar and kelp, or marinated in special soy sauce and then boiled. Using Edo-mae techniques, we carefully prepare each piece of sushi, so you can enjoy the natural flavors of our unique dishes to the fullest.

Our restaurant's interior and concept are both imbued with Japanese culture, giving you a place where you can relax and enjoy your private time outside of work or romantic dating night.
